A plot of land in Hollywood could be headed for redevelopment with small-lot homes and accessory dwelling units. An application filed with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning calls for six single-family dwellings and six ADUs for a total of 12 homes at 855 North Orlando Avenue, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
