Beverly Hills manse once owned by Ricky Martin, Michael Caine trades for $35M

A Beverly Hills residence with an A-list history that includes crooner Ricky Martin sold for $35 million, making a big splash to cap 2025. The purchase price of 1309 Davies Drive, which neighbors some of the market’s most legendary homes, amounts to over $3,804 per square foot, according to listing sites. That would be a steal given the residence first hit the market in August for $75 million. Later that month, the price was reduced to just under $50 million.
