Several dozen townhomes are slated to rise on an empty lot in Pomona. G3 Urban is seeking approval for its Foothill Place plan, which calls for the construction of 59 attached condominium units at 700 East Foothill Boulevard, Urbanize Los Angeles reported, citing an environmental notice recently issued by the City of Pomona.
