High Street Residential is moving forward with another multifamily development in San Pedro, securing the land necessary for the project. A joint venture between Trammell Crow Company subsidiary High Street Residential and Irvine-based Haseko North America has acquired land for Jules San Pedro, a planned 281-unit property in the Los Angeles enclave, L.A.
