A record was set in Mar Vista this month with the $10 million sale of a single-family home, though a couple of houses sold in 2025 for more per square foot, according to Los Angeles County tax assessor data and research by The Real Deal. The overall record-setter came at 11948 Modjeska Place, a 6,100-square-foot house where the $10 million price came to $1,639 per square foot, as TRD previously reported.
