A Beverly Hills developer wants to build a mixed-use hotel and apartment building in Pico-Robertson.
City documents show plans for a 110-key hotel, 45 residential units, and a 3,800-square-foot restaurant at 6075 W. Pico Boulevard. The site is currently a single-story retail plaza.
Five of the residential units would be set aside for “extremely low-income” renters, providing density bonuses granted through the city’s Transit-Oriented Communities program. That could make it the first TOC project that includes a hotel in the city since the program went into effect last fall.
The property is owned by 6075 Pico LLC, registered to a Beverly Hills individual named Charlie Jutabha, who purchased it in April 2017 for $9.5 million.
