Demi Lovato has put her home in the Hollywood Hills on the market for sale for $9.5 million, after the singer suffered an overdose there in July.
Located on Laurel View Drive, the two-story estate has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, Variety reported.
It also features an outdoor grilling area, infinity-edge swimming pool and rooftop terrace, according to a listing on Zillow.
David Parnes and James Harris at the Agency have the listing.
Lovato purchased the 5,500-square-foot home in September 2016 for $8.3 million.
It was then put in jeopardy four months later, when storms caused a mudslide that affected her driveway. The issue was corrected by July of 2017, according to documents from the Department of Building and Safety.
Two months ago, the singer was found unconscious in the home after reportedly overdosing on Oxycodone that was laced with fentanyl, TMZ reported. After spending 10 days at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Lovato checked into a rehab facility and has not been back at the residence since.
