Real estate on the celebrity front remained relatively quiet this week, with only one sale pulling in more than $15 million. Several new listings also hit the market, two of which were owned by former couples who have split up recently.

Leeza Gibbons, television talk show host and “Celebrity Apprentice” winner, claimed the most expensive deal. She and her husband, who happens to be her business partner, sold their home in the Beverly Hills Flats for $15.4 million, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The couple paid $7.7 million for the house in 2014, and spent another two years remodeling the 6,750-square-foot pad. The Traditional-style home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a library.

Fitness entrepreneurs Gilda and Bob Marx put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $12.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. Spanning 8,600 square feet, the property features six bedrooms and six bathrooms. There’s also a wine closet, two-story living room and swimming pool. The couple bought the property in 1982, five years after launching their fitness company Gilda Marx Inc. They sold the company in 1992.

In Sherman Oaks, pop singer Avril Lavigne and Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger listed a 10,200-square-foot home for nearly $8 million. The Canadian duo ended a two-year marriage in September 2015, just shortly after spending $5.4 million on the house in July 2015. The property includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a yoga studio, home theater and saltwater swimming pool, Variety reported.

Fresh off a divorce, actors Chris Pratt and Anna Faris listed their marital home for nearly $5 million. The Hollywood Hills West property spans 4,700 square feet, and includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There’s also a tennis court, saltwater swimming pool, spa and gym. The former couple acquired the home in 2013 for $3.3 million. They finalized their divorce last month, the Los Angeles Times reported.
