Celebrity homes in all corners of the city went on the market this week, to rent and buy, with price tags up to $20 million. In the architecture world, a Hollywood Hills home designed by A.F. Leicht sold for $3.9 million.

The Beverly Hills home of late sports agent Dan Fegan hit the market for $14.5 million. Located on Burk Place, the 4,600-square-foot home was built in 1968 and sits on three-quarters of an acre with views overlooking the city, canyons and Pacific Ocean. The single-story home has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Before he died in a car accident earlier this year, Fagan represented NBA stars including DeMarcus Cousins, Dwight Howard and John Wall.

Hill Harper, star on “The Good Doctor,” is looking to rent his 3,800-square-foot home in Malibu’s Broad Beach for $20,000 a month. The home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There is a television lounge, a manicured backyard and sweeping views of the ocean. Harper paid $4.1 million for the home earlier this year, Variety reported. The actor also founded a skincare line called Be The Architect. He also started Manifest Your Destiny Foundation, which focuses on helping underserved youth.

In the Trousdale Estates, the former home of “Star Wars” star Billy Dee Williams listed for nearly $13 million. Williams last owned the home six years ago, when he sold it for $2.79 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. Following an extensive renovation, the property now includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, yoga studio, hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings throughout. Outside, a swimming pool and gardens complete the property. Williams will be revisiting his role as Lando Calrissian in “Star Wars: Episode IX,” expected to be released late next year.

J. Paul Getty heir John Gilbert Getty has picked up his second A.F. Leicht-designed home, this one for $3.9 million. The Hollywood Hills West home was designed in 1926, and was once home to Ann Miller and Marlon Brando, the Los Angeles Times reported. Spanning 4,600 square feet, the property includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a patio and small lawn, plus expansive views. The Getty scion recently sold another home in the area for $1.6 million.
