If she could turn back time, would Cher have held onto her Miami Beach home?
Not sure, but the Goddess of Pop’s former waterfront mansion on LaGorce Island is hitting the market for $22 million, according to listing agent Lourdes Alatriste of Engel & Voelkers Miami.
The 11,460-square-foot home at 64 La Gorce Circle has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and one half-bath. Property records show it’s owned by LaGorce 64 LLC, led by Jonathan Chogui.
The 29,508-square-foot property last sold in December 2017 for $15.5 million.
Cher owned the home between 1993 and 1996. The award-winning singer, actress and TV personality sold it in 1996 for $4.35 million.
Alatriste said the property includes a guest home, courtyards, a gym, bar, home office, pool and dock. It was built in 1953 and expanded throughout the years. The property has 160 feet of water frontage.
In December, the waterfront home at 100 La Gorce Drive sold for $19.6 million. The founder of Cash4Gold bought the mansion.
Miami Beach has seen a number of big residential sales close in recent months. Last week, financier and Tampa Bay Rays co-owner Randy Frankel paid $14.4 million for the waterfront spec mansion at 1635 West 22nd Street on Sunset Island IV.
Activity on Star Island has also jumped, driven in part by the $49.5 million sale of 22 Star Island, brokers say.
