Celebrity couple Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are looking to sell the Hidden Valley mansion that they bought in 2014 shortly after getting engaged.
The pair is asking $12.25 million for the 7,300-square-foot, East Coast-inspired home — about $2 million more than they paid seven years ago, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The home was built in 1999 on a half-acre lot next to Franklin Canyon Park in the guard-gated Hidden Valley community. The property includes a landscaped yard and stone-lined swimming pool.
The two-story house features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Amenities include a wine cellar, wet bar, sauna, gym and mahogany office.
Hilton and Hyland has the listing.
The actors will be moving to a newly built Beverly Hills sustainable farmhouse, “KuKu Farms,” which has a well and cornfield that the couple planted and harvested during the pandemic.
The couple also own a beach house up the coast in Carpinteria. They paid $10.1 million for it in 2017.
Another celebrity looking to sell a West Coast home, Rihanna, has listed her Beverly Hills mansion at 7801 Hillside Avenue for $7.8 million.
LeBron James just sold one of his two Brentwood homes for about $1 million less than he paid. Matt Damon recently found a buyer for his Pacific Palisades estate after cutting the asking price.
Another celebrity couple, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, recently purchased a waterfront home at 4400 Island Road in Miami’s Bay Point community after listing their Encino mansion for $16.8 million.
