Before you pay
- Rent is due on the first day of each month.
- Pay one month per payment so each receipt matches your ledger.
- We email your receipt once your transfer reaches our account.
How you can pay
Direct bank transfer or a mailed check. You’ll see the details for each at checkout. Please allow a few business days for your payment to reach us.
