The Beverly Hills home of late Hollywood icon Diane Keaton just took a nearly 20 percent price cut. The Spanish Colonial Revival home in the city’s Flats neighborhood is now for sale for just shy of $21 million, down from its original October list price of $25 million, Robb Report reported. The listing is held by Rayni and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates.
