A resort-like property in Malibu’s Little Dume went into contract last week with a nearly $20 million listing price. The home at 6889 Dume Drive, which previously sought $28.5 million in 2023, was last week’s top property to fall into contract, according to the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles.
