Dennis Quaid is making his break from California official with the listing of his longtime Brentwood home after relocating full time to Tennessee. “The Parent Trap” star has listed his 4,100-square-foot manse at 2536 Pesquera Drive in Brentwood Hills for $5.2 million, Realtor.com reported.
